This detailed pen & ink would look superb framed in a simple black frame with an ivory mat, Pen & ink drawing by Jack Pumphrey of the Dalby Waterwheel, built in 1922, the waterwheel was the first hydroelectric plant in the Hood Canal area creating electricity for familys living in the Alderbrook area of Hood Canal, until the 1940s when the Public Utility District brought services to the property ending the waterwheels electricity-producing days but the wheel continued to turn throughout the years providing enjoyment to passersby from all over the world
